How do pre-orders work?

Every month I will release the dates I will have available for pre-orders along with the menu items available for those dates. Typically pre-order pickup/delivery will always be on a Saturday/Sunday. Around the holidays in particular there may be additional/weekday pre-order dates.

Can I order things on other dates that aren’t listed as pre-order dates?

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I routinely accept custom orders both for celebration cakes and custom desserts AND ALSO for items off my main menu offerings. I have pre-order menus picked to ensure efficiency and quality control on big baking weekends, but you can always message me to see if I have availabliity on a specific date if there’s something you want at another time.

How do you handle common allergens and cross-contamination?

All of our baked goods are free from gluten & dairy ingredients using dedicated food prep space and dedicated food prep equipment. My food storage space is 100% gluten free. My kitchen is free from gluten, and the only gluten that enters our house is stored in our garage and not consumed in my kitchen or anywhere near the food prep space used in our house nor using any of the dishes, etc. I utilize in my kitchen. I adhere to extensive cleaning protocols before, during, and after my bakes. If you request any additional allergen accommodations, please know that while I can alter recipes to accommodate those requests, I cannot guarantee my kitchen is free from those other ingredients. I am not a nut free kitchen, and though I will accommodate nut free baking requests, I cannot guarantee items will be free from nut cross-contamination due to shared food storage spaces and baking equipment.

I want to order a custom cake. How do I do that?

Head on over to the Custom Cake form and fill out a brief questionnaire so I can see a snapshot of when and what you’re wanting. Then expect an email from me (I try to respond to cake inquiries within 48 hours) to confirm if I’m available on your event date and to gather further details. I love to see pictures if you have them so that I can have a sense of the style you’re interested in for your cake. Once I have enough information, I will send you a quote. For all custom orders, a 50% down nonrefundable deposit is required in order to secure your date on my baking calendar. The final amount is due 1 week prior to the date agreed upon for pickup/delivery. Your order is not confirmed and on my calendar until your deposit has been received. Your order cannot be completed until final payment is received.
