Is everything really gluten (and dairy) free?
In a word: yes!
ALL baked goods from WildFlour Bakes are made using gluten and dairy-free ingredients; we are also able to accommodate many other dietary requests. I have extensive experience with paleo, refined sugar free, vegan, and AIP baked goods; please do not hesitate to ask about options beyond what is listed on the website.
All of our baked goods are made from scratch. I use certified gluten-free ingredients, and we never add preservatives. Many ingredients are certified organic (noted on food labels). Our eggs are locally sourced from happy backyard chickens whenever possible. If you have questions about either our ingredients or preparation procedures, please reach out!
My own food allergies require that my food prep area be free from gluten & dairy at all times. All food prep equipment is designated for only gluten and dairy-free usage. In addition, our preparation areas and equipment are thoroughly sanitized prior to bake days. Ingredients, utensils, and equipment are kept in dedicated GF/DF storage areas. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns about our processes. Or ask my husband about his “gluten cupboard” that is far away in the garage and never consumed in my kitchen. 😊

Hot Milk Cake combines the denseness of a pound cake with the moisture of a sponge cake.

**Mini cupcakes are available only by the dozen. Regular size cupcakes by the half dozen or dozen.

These 6-inch cakes are considered a single-layer cake, but they are thick layers that I cut in half and fill with buttercream so they become a “two-layer” cake.
